At BB Flowers, all products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than a verified defect or error.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Only

We will only offer a replacement if your item meets one of the following conditions:

The item arrives damaged

The item has a manufacturing defect

You received the wrong item

To request a replacement, you must email bbflowersinquiries@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photo evidence of the issue

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Incorrect size selected

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Minor variations in color, sizing, or print placement

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

All sales are final unless the item qualifies under Section 1.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after purchase. For this reason, we do not guarantee the ability to modify or cancel orders once they are placed.

4. Shipping Disclaimer

BB Flowers is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by carriers

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
